Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by Tornatek CNC Makine San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. as the data controller, within the scope described below.
2. Data Processed and Purpose
The name, email, phone, and project details you submit through the contact and quote form are processed to evaluate your request, prepare a quote, and communicate with you. Technical drawings you upload are used solely for quoting and production.
3. Legal Basis
Your data is processed on the basis that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, and the legitimate interest of the data controller.
4. Transfer
Your personal data is not shared with third parties except for legal obligations; it may be shared on a limited basis only with service providers necessary to carry out the quoting and production process.
5. Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to access your data, request its correction or deletion, and object to its processing. You can submit your requests to info@tornatekcnc.com.
